如意馄饨:馄饨这么吃太有创意了,鲜香酥脆,满满的惊喜

【材料】:
猪前腿肉、鸡蛋、荠菜、虾仁、馄饨皮、盐、鸡精、色拉油、黑芝麻、葱;

①猪肉荠菜剁碎;鸡蛋打成蛋液备用;

②将剁碎的荠菜、猪肉和备好的蛋液、虾仁搅拌均匀,加入适量的盐、鸡精等调味,具体口味可以根据个人爱好;

④开始进入煎馄饨阶段,首先在平底锅倒入适量的色拉油,量不需要多,能铺平锅底就行;

⑤将馄饨放入平底锅内,馄饨与馄饨之间尽量能留少量空隙,这样煎出来的馄饨才不会黏在一起;

⑥倒入适量的水,大约100ml;

⑦盖上锅盖,点火,煎7分钟左右
